Ⅱ Filling host

The filling machine is the main device that completes the filling action. Several filling heads are installed in front of it, and two liquid suction are installed on both sides, each corresponding to a filling head. The liquid in the storage tank is sucked into the cylinder and then pressed out, and then filled into corresponding bottle through the filling head. There is a micro cylinder on the filling head, which drives a small piston to open and close the nozzle of the filling head, as a valve. The entire filling head can move up and down.

Then the outlet cylinder extends, and the empty bottles sent in are blocked by the outlet stopper.electric switches are set at the bottle feeding position to detect the number of bottles fed, and when the detected number is the same as the number of filling heads, the cylinder extends to block the inlet, and no more bottles are fed at this time, and the belt motor stops. At this time, the filling head descends to bottle mouth to start filling. After filling, the filling head rises, the outlet cylinder retracts, and the belt motor starts to rotate again, sending out the filled.
