• Observe the air filter and oil mist eliminator of the pneumatic combination two-piece set before going to work every. If there is too much water, it should be drained in time, and if the oil level is insufficient, oil should be added in time.
• Regular check whether the rotation and lifting of mechanical parts are normal, whether the screws are loose, whether the equipment grounding contact is reliable, whether there is any leakage in pneumatic pipeline, and whether the air pipe is broken.
• Change the lubricating oil (grease) of the reducer motor once a year, check theess of the chain, and adjust the tension in time.

• When stopping use for a long time, the material in the pipeline should be emptied.
• Do good job of cleaning and keep the machine surface clean. Regularly remove the accumulated material on the scale body and pay attention to maintaining the cleanliness inside the electrical control.
• The sensor is a high-precision device, strictly avoid impact and overload, do not touch it during operation, and do not disassemble it unless necessary maintenance.
• Check the pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed control valves, and electrical parts every month. The cylinder mainly checks for leakage and jamming. The solenoid valve can be manually forced to move to determine if the solenoid coil is burned out and if the valve is. The electrical part can be verified by comparing the input and output signal indicator lights.

Use

• Check before turning on, and confirm that there are no faults before starting operation.
• Set the parameters on the filling machine display, such as filling volume, filling speed, air pressure, etc. The parameters need to be set according to standardization to ensure the normal operation of the machine function.
• Filling machine operators should not wear scarves, bracelets, and other accessories to avoid being caught by the filling machine equipment parts. Those with hair need to wear hairnets.
• When the filling machine is started, if there is an abnormal sound, the machine should be stopped in time for inspection. until the filling machine is fault-free before running it again.
• After the filling machine is used, it needs to be automatically cleaned to prepare for the next operation * After the filling machine stops working, simply turn off the power cord.
