How it works
1.Supply and tank management
When the raw material in the storage tank is below the set lower limit, the feeding device will open automatically and replenish the materials in the storage tank. When the raw material reaches the upper limit of the storage tank, the feeding device automatically closes to ensure that the material is always maintained in an appropriate amount of reserve.
2.Filling preparation
Manually place the empty barrel on the filling platform, align the discharge hole, click the start button, and the equipment starts the pre-filling preparation.
3.Filling process
After starting, the filling head is inserted into the barrel, and quick blanking is carried out first. When the preset set weight of slow feeding is reached, the filling head is automatically changed to slow blanking. During this process, the equipment will detect the weight of the material in the barrel in real time and stop blanking when the target value is reached.
4.Complete with subsequent processing
After filling, the filling head is reset to the original position, and the instrument peeled weight shows the total weight. At this point, the finished barrel will be pushed to the temporary storage area, tighten the lid, and away from the production line, complete the entire filling process.
