How it works
1.Get Ready
Ensure the working environment of the filling machine is clean and free of debris, check the power supply and all parts are in good condition, prepare filling materials and guarantee the quality.
2.Boot Up
Turn on the power switch, the filling machine will be self-check procedures. To be completed after self-inspection, according to the needs of the operation panel, choose the filling machine working mode.
3.Set filling parameters
Through the parameter setting function on the control panel, the capacity and filling speed of each filling can be set.
4.Start filling
The liquid that needs to be filled is introduced into the storage hopper of the filling machine, and the filling machine will carry out the filling operation automatically according to the set parameters.
5. Treatment after filling
After filling, the filling machine will stop working automatically. At this point, the need to fill the finished product materials for sorting and transportation, and according to the operator is the daily cleaning and maintenance of the filling machine.
