How it works
1.Image recognition
Before filling, the visual system scans and identifies the filling drum, and determines the location and size of the drum.
2.Automatic positioning
According to the identification results, the control system automatically adjusts the position of the filling head to ensure its accurate alignment with the barrel mouth.
3.Filling control
The filling head is lowered into the barrel and the filling begins. During the filling process, the control system makes precise control according to the preset filling volume and speed.
4.The filling is over
After reaching the preset filling quantity, the filling head will stop filling automatically and lift to the outside of the barrel.
5.Follow-up processing
After filling, the container is transported to the next process for capping, tagging and other operations.
