How it works
1.Put buckets by hand
The operator places the empty barrel in a designated position.
2.Automatic detection of skin weight
The equipment automatically detects the weight of the drum and serves as a baseline before filling.
3.Automatic filling
According to the preset filling volume, the equipment automatically opens the filling valve and fills the barrel with liquid.
4.Weighing and adjusting
During the filling process, the weighing system monitors the liquid weight in the barrel in real time, and compares it with the preset value, adjusts the filling speed in time to ensure the filling accuracy.
5.Manual closure
After filling, the operator will cover the barrel, and the finished product barrel transport to the filling station outside.
